hari tu de timbang berat kt kolej.... bese r... evrytyme nek sem je mmg kne check weight... n sya suda kurus??!! (ye ke??)

berat - 52kg

% lemak dlm bdn - lebih (da agk da...)

% air dalam bdn - kurang (rsenye da mnum byk air da...)

BMI - normal

sem 2

berat - 49.7kg

% lemak badan - 27.9 % (normal)

% air dalam badan - 51.2% (normal)

BMI - 21.7 kot... (xigt r)

% lemak dalam badan mesti lingkungan 25%-30% je... klu lebey, phm2 je r...

% air dalam badan mesti lebih 50%... klu x, dehydration r jwbnye....
